Yes, pause or cancel anytime by calling 866-709-6060 or email [email protected]. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to delivery.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No, we don’t believe in contracts or cancellation fees – they’re unhealthy.

Are any of your products certified organic?

Yes, ALL Chef V products are certified USDA Organic by CCOF.

What is the shelf life of Chef V products?

All Chef V products are guaranteed to stay fresh for 7 days from the date of your delivery. If you are ever unhappy with the freshness of our products, let us know and we will make it right.

IMPORTANT! All our products are certified USDA Organic and made from fresh local ingredients. We never pasteurize, use the High Pressure Processing (HPP) or add preservatives.

Do I need to refrigerate Chef V products?

Yes, Green Drinks and Detox Soups must be refrigerated.

Chef V Organic Green Drink

Every glass of Chef V Organic Green Drink has our unique combination of seven Certified Organic super greens: green kale, black kale, collard greens, dandelion greens, green chard, curly parsley and green leaf lettuce. Then we add a little apple to sweeten it up a bit and filtered water to aid in absorption.

Chef V Organic Ultra Shake

Our raw, whole food protein shake contains Certified Organic sprouted brown rice protein, sprouted brown rice sweetener, quinoa sprout, millet sprout, amaranth sprout, garbanzo bean sprout, lentil sprout, sunflower seed sprout, pumpkin seed sprout, chia seed sprout, flax sprout, and stevia.

Chef V SOUPer Detox

A detoxifying “soup de jour” packed with local, Certified Organic sweet potato, zucchini, carrot, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, leek, onion, sea salt, curry spice, turmeric, and coconut milk.

What does the Green Drink delivery include?

A week’s supply of Chef V Green Drink includes two 64oz containers delivered in an insulated Chef V cooler bag. That’s enough for 18oz a day!

What does the Cleanse delivery include?

Your delivery will arrive in an insulated Chef V cooler bag. Each day on the cleanse you will enjoy four 16oz Green Drinks, two 16oz Ultra Shakes and one 16oz Detox Soup. You will also receive step-by-step instructions and your own Chef V shaker cup to measure each serving.

Do I need to prepare for my Cleanse?

Yes, you will receive Pre-Cleanse instructions prior to receiving your delivery. Be sure to start your Pre-Cleanse at least two days before you start your cleanse.

What does the 21 Day Challenge delivery include?

The 21 Day Challenge consists of one, two or three 3 Day Cleanses plus our Chef V Healthy Routine, which includes Meal Planner, Green Drinks and Ultra Shakes for days when not on the cleanse.

Do I need to prepare for my 21 Day Challenge?

No. Your 21 Day Challenge does not require you to Pre-Cleanse prior to your first delivery. You will receive detailed instructions prior to receiving your first of three deliveries.

How soon can I start?

Is there a deadline to schedule my delivery?

Yes, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible because we do sell out each week.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Local delivery to most areas in San Diego is between 4am to 10am. Don’t worry, your Chef V delivery driver will be very quiet and leave your order at your front door without knocking or ringing the bell. Shipments to other areas are between 8am to 8pm.

4am to 10am is a big window, can you be more specific?

Yes, we will narrow your delivery time down to a one-hour window. If you want to know your one-hour window, the day before your delivery please call 866-709-6060 or email [email protected].

Does Chef V deliver to gated communities?

Yes, please provide your gate code and any other special delivery instructions when you place your order. Be sure to provide accurate contact information so your Chef V delivery driver can contact you if they have difficulties.

Does Chef V deliver to businesses?

No, please provide a residence address, as we cannot deliver to businesses.

Can I pick up?

Yes, we have two locations where you can pick up. Your pick up time must be scheduled by calling 866-709-6060 or emailing [email protected] to reserve your product. We sell out each week.
